Request a box
Simply fill in our online form, request the box and we'll send you out a prepaid free post box to put your frames in. You can use your own packaging - just let us know so we can email you a prepaid postage label with a QR code to print at the Post Office or at home.
Prescription
STEP 2
Send your frame
When your pack arrives, put your frame in the box together with the copy of your prescription and leave the parcel at the Post Office or put it into your nearest Royal Mail post-box . You can email us a photo of your prescription if you want - just remember it needs to be less than 2 years old
STEP 3
delivery
When your frame arrives, we’ll contact you to discuss your new lens options and send you quotations. Once you have decided and you are happy with the price, pay the invoice. We will fit the new lenses and send your glasses back to you by Royal Mail Tracked 24.
