Delivery

This depends on a number of factors such as lens choice and prescription complexity. Standard single vision lenses from our stock will be fitted into your frame within one or two working days of receiving your frames ( most of them ). Fitting some of the single vision lenses, which will have to be tailored and made in factory for you will take about a week. All varifocal and bifocal lenses have to be made to measure in the factory and it can take up to 14 working days. However, the average waiting time is about 7 days.
We only charge delivery, when you decide to buy the lenses from us and we will send your glasses reglazed with new lenses.
We offer 2 options of a recorded and insured delivery service to allow customers to track their package.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 service is not 24h guaranteed. This service aim to deliver within 24 hours, but it may take longer.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aim to deliver within 48 hours, but it's not guaranteed.
If you decide not to proceed with having new lenses, we will return your frames free of charge using tracked delivery.
In case of a lost or damaged parcel when you are sending your frames to us using our free postage label, compensation claimed from Royal Mail is paid out on the basis of actual loss ( max £75 ) - where evidence of posting and evidence of value will be provided.
If you want to send us a very expensive frame or the glasses have sentimental value, we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery postage service, where you can claim up to £750 compensation if the parcel is damaged or lost . You will have to arrange and pay for this service yourself. We will return your glasses using the same postage method.
Returns​

Purchased from us lenses have a 30 days return policy. The 30 day guarantee period begins from date of order of goods. The guarantee covers goods that have a manufacturing fault only. It is the responsibility of you (the customer), to advise us within 7 days of any problems or defects.
If you are not happy with the lenses and want refund, you must return the goods on your own cost in their original condition to: 151 Avebury Avenue, Leicester, LE4 0HF
When you do return product we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office, (recorded/signed for special delivery) as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.
